Files should be easy to find and easy to understand: what they contain, who owns them and where they belong.
01
Separate personal work from shared knowledge.
Your Drive and Shared Drive give files a clear home. Organize materials by project, topic or team without turning everything into one crowded folder.

Make ownership and sharing intentional.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL
Common questions.
Can files be linked to issues and conversations?+
The demo supports file attachments in issues and chat, alongside a dedicated Drive interface.
Where are production files stored?+
Production storage must use the existing approved self-hosted infrastructure. That configuration and durability verification are still required.
Does a workspace administrator automatically see personal files?+
The server policy foundation does not grant access to another person's personal files solely because someone is an administrator. Real download and query enforcement still needs backend wiring.
